Trial license
The xPoint licensing system has been developed in a way, which allows customers to see, try and test components in a 30 day trial period. After the trial period expires, the full license must be purchased from the marketplace in order for the installed component to be kept functional.
Licenses
All components are licensed through the ScriptServer Services and are renewed on a yearly basis. You’ll have a full overview of your components in your admin section in your ScriptServer Software and in ScriptServer Marketplace. An everyday access to the interface, which will be supporting your online strategy.
Renewing licenses
It’s entirely up to you, how you would like to have the licenses updated – you can chose the manual mode, which leaves all actions to be taken by the administrator, before any software licenses are renewed. The system administrator can chose to be advised in due time, so no systems will have downtime because of missing valid licenses. You might enjoy letting the licenses do automatic updates, so you won’t have to worry about this at all.
